When: Friday, January 30th & Saturday, January 31st 2026
Where: Manchester, New Hampshire
This conference is the largest of its kind in New England, gathering over 300 participants from the Northeast for two days of networking and educational workshops. Programming will prioritize peer-to-peer farmer networking and practical implementation of managed grazing practices.
We are thrilled to welcome Loren and Lisa Poncia of Stemple Creek Ranch as keynote speakers at the 2026 Grazing & Livestock Conference. Loren is a fourth-generation rancher, carrying forward his family’s legacy in local agriculture. Together, he and Lisa have built Stemple Creek Ranch into a nationally recognized model of regenerative agriculture—raising 100% grass-fed beef and lamb and pasture-raised pork, all with a commitment to soil health, biodiversity, and climate resilience. As Loren says, “We depend on grass for our livelihood, but soil is the true foundation of our business.”
The Northeast Grazing & Livestock Conference is presented in partnership by the New England Grazing Network, the Northeast Pasture Consortium, The Vermont Grass Farmers Association, Wolfe’s Neck Center, the Granite State Graziers, Berkshire Agricultural Ventures, Cornell Cooperative Extension, UMaine Cooperative Extension.
Sponsor the Conference! We’re very excited about this year’s program and the chance to connect with farmers and grazing professionals across the region. Sponsor support makes it possible to deliver high-quality education and community building—and ensures your organization is front and center with the people shaping the future of pasture-based livestock production. Our conference platform, Whova, offers sponsors year-round visibility through tiered recognition and a virtual “booth” with space for videos, photos, and downloadable handouts. We’ll be glad to help you get set up early so your booth is ready as soon as participants begin registering.
