Greenfield Highland Beef is a family owned Cow/Calf farm where all beef sold is born and raised on our farm. We sell 100% Grass Fed and Finished Highland and Highland/ShorthornX beef. We have the oldest registered Highland fold in the United States, having been raising and selling this heritage breed for over fifty years. Aside from beef we sell Champion Highland breeding stock throughout the United States. We focus on regenerative agriculture and good stewardship of the land to improve the soils and to grow the best and tastiest beef for your table.

We Sell: Our Greenfield Highland Beef is sold by the package, as well as in halves and quarters. Highland beef is tender and juicy, while remaining lean and replete with Omega 3 and unsaturated fat. Because it is 100% Grass Fed and Finished our beef is part of a heart healthy diet. Our cattle are humanely raised eating just grass and hay, as cattle rumens are designed to do. In University studies Highland beef was found to be tenderer and tastier than other breeds. Highland cattle, with their majestic long hair and long horns, are a heritage breed and have not been genetically altered or modified in over 1600 years.
