Learn from the Severy family about their 100% grass-fed organic dairy operation and their innovative approach to recovering agricultural grey water. Participants will hear how the farm is integrating recycled water into forage production systems and explore the potential benefits and challenges of this practice. Additionally, UVM Extension Research Associate Professor Joshua Faulkner will discuss trial results, forage quality, and yields.
